2011/2012 Season Rates

Vacation Rental:

Non-Holiday: Sun.-Thurs. nights - Fri.-Sat. nights + - Holidays*:
2 nights:                  $300                         $425              $600
3 nights:                  $450                       $600             $800 (Thanksgiving)
4 nights:                  $575                           $750                     $1000 (Christmas)
5 nights:                  $675                        $875               $1200 (New Year)
6-7 nights:                 -                    $975                   $1400

$100 for each additional week night.
$150 for each additional weekend night.

Leases:

Non-Holiday: 1 - 3 months = $1700/month, 4 - 6 months = $1500/month
Holidays*: 1 - 3 months = $2000/month, 4 - 6 months = $1700/month

Monthly lease holders pay some utilities.

All rentals also require:

+ Truckee Transient Occupancy Tax (required for rentals up to 30 nights): 10% rent
+ Clean Fee: $130 (+ $35/extra hour as needed)
+ Refundable Deposit for reservation/security: 1/3 rent (min. $300)

10% off for second, non-holiday rental of equal or longer stay in same season
10% off same season, non-holiday rental at our Park City, UT Condo

October: Columbus/Native People's Day (3 nights Min.), Halloween (2 nights min.) November: Thanksgiving (3 nights min.) December: Chanukah (3 nights min.), Christmas (4 nights min), New Year's Eve/Day (5 nights min.) Regular rates apply for other holidays, including: Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, St. Patrick's Day & Veteran's Day.
